Sampler 4 Saisons finish ~ Happy Dance!

On Monday night, I finished stitching Sampler 4 Saisons. I ran out of thread in the winter quadrant and decided to not stitch the rest of the branches with the DMC 498 threads as they were too different in color compared to the rest of the threads.

As I told my friend Kristina, if it bugs me enough, I'll go back in and stitch the branches with the new color. Otherwise, it's a happy dance for now!

Have a good weekend!! Until next time >___<

  1. Wow, fantastic progress on this project. And not far from being completely finished. I hope you will find the corresponding colour red for the rest of the tree.

    1. Sadly, I don't think it's possible since I have had the threads for a number of years. I should have bought a bunch of them when I started the project, but I never thought the dye lot color would change. LOL

For now, I plan on leaving it 'as is' unless it starts to bother my OCD side. LOL Then I might have to finish it with newer threads.

    1. Thanks! I'm glad to be finished with it. I might have to re-think working on massive projects. LOL

    1. Thanks :)

I can't wait to see what you work on during your vacation. Maybe some cross stitch....though I can see why you are working on your knit/crochet projects. They are pretty and addictive at the same time :)

    2. Well, I love it. I wish that I wasn't on a stash diet at the moment (I have been buying up too big, lately) or I would buy this design in a heartbeat. Hey, just wondering if you realise that you are a no-reply-commenter, that means that I can't reply to your comments on my posts by email - you can easily change it in your settings, if you wish. hugs, Kaye
